A great time was had by all. We had 22 participants who stuffed themselves with steak, pork, chicken, shrimp, sausage and even Beef Sweetbreads (which Rudi did share). Sweetbreads are actually very good. The most favorite dish was the Hanging Gauchos (see photo of Linda and me). Four kababs, top sirloin, chicken, shrimp and sausage, with added red peppers, onion, zucchini, squash, mushrooms and Santa sweet cherry tomatoes-yum-yum. All hung over a bed of French fries. Lot of wine and Argentine Beer made for a merry evening and the group actually broke into song with Chucho the harpist entertainer.
