Paul & Susan Schneeberger Schneeberger Paul and Susan are from Buffalo New York. We originally came to Marco Island in 1990 and vacationed here at least once a year. In 2013 we purchased property to enable us to spend more time on Marco Island. Boating has always been big part of our family adventures. Along with our two sons, we cruised the Great Lakes every summer.  As retirement approaches we look forward to spending more time on Marco Island and cruising the waters of Southwest Florida. For the last 36 years we have been members of the Buffalo Launch Club. It is the oldest powerboat club in the world. We have enjoyed many friendships through this membership and we look forward to making new friends with the Marco Bay Yacht Club.
Married 43 years ago, high school sweethearts. We have three children and enjoy spoiling three grandchildren. We have always lived in PA and continue to maintain our main residence there. Our livelihood has always included real estate development and rentals, including a 160-bed personal care home that we have operated for 24 years. We purchased our condo 6 years ago and enjoy at least 5 months of the year looking out over the Marco River. We started boating many years ago however with our work schedules our friends enjoyed using it more that we did and decided to sell it. Now that we consider ourselves “semi-retired”, we purchased our boat in 2015 and enjoy every moment that we are on it. We attended one of the Yacht Club events with our sponsor Bob White and had a great time. So, it was a no brainer when he asked us to join.. Pilat Stanley & Bonnie Pilat
Jeff & Pattijo Wilson Wilson We, Jeff and Pattijo Wilson, were born and have lived our entire lives in the Port Huron, Michigan area. Having grown up near the shores of Lake Huron, we’ve both been boating since early childhood and continue to be drawn to the water. Our cabin on West Twin Lake in Lewiston, Michigan is where we enjoy all kinds of water sports, from kayaks to jet skis and family time on the pontoon. We first towed our 29ft Formula to Marco Isaland 9 years ago and fell in love with these waters. After a few boats in between, our current boat, Muddy Water, still makes the trip on I-75 from Marco to Port Huron every season. While we LOVE boating in Florida there is nothing like a good fresh water flush every spring in Lake Huron! Our only child, Rob, is 4th generation to run our family business, Mid Michigan Materials, an aggregate producer. Our friendships with the Cooks and Hubschers, through our businesses is what first brought us to Marco Island. Although we absolutely love it here on the island, we are short term snowbirds. We spend the first half of the winter in Michigan snowmobiling with our family in northern Michigan. whenever the snow is good! Rob and Megan have two little boys, Levi, 5 and Noah 3 years old. Levi is an extra special blessing in our lives as he has Autism and Apraxia. We all work together to help him in every way possible and to also help raise awareness and understanding of both Autism and Apraxia. And last but certainly not least, our 13 year old Golden Retreiver, Daisy never lets a boat leave a dock without her.

Charles & Margaret Erker Erker Holly and I have been together for over fifty years.  We have been married for the last forty-seven. We both grew up in Saint Louis, Missouri and we both attended very good college preparatory schools there.  I went to Saint Louis Country Day, and Holly attended Mary Institute.  These schools have since merged to become, get this, Mary Institute Saint Louis Country Day School.  Not the most creative name! We both attended and graduated from excellent colleges in Denver, Colorado: Holly went to Temple Buell College (for the four years that it was not called Colorado Women’s College) and I went to Regis College (now University) and, after graduating, worked and skied there for an additional year. We moved back to Saint Louis where we both started our careers and our family: I worked in banking and Holly was an educator.  We also got a start raising our children, two daughters there. Through work, we had an opportunity to move to and work in the Chicago area. We moved to Winnetka, IL and both of our children attended and graduated from New Trier High School.  I worked in the loop and Holly taught at Crow Island School in Winnetka. We lived in that beautiful part of the world for twenty-four years prior to moving to equally beautiful Marco Island, Florida. Holly’s family also has, for years, had a lovely cottage on Kawaguesaga Lake in the Minocqua, Wisconsin area where we spend two or three months each Summer.  We both love boating and have had a lot of time boating on fresh water.  Salt water boating has a different set of challenges and we look forward to learning as much as we can through our activities with the Marco Bay Yacht Club and other resources such as the US Coast Guard Auxiliary. We look forward to visits from our children, their spouses and our grandchildren as often as possible.  We have also been blessed with visitors from all over the world We look forward to enjoying all of the benefits of membership in the Marco Bay Yacht Club
Eric and I bought our home on Marco Island in 2010. Our primary residence at that time was Traverse City, MI where Eric practiced Neurosurgery for 34 years. I worked alongside Eric, managing his practice and assisting him during surgery. Marco became our permanent home in 2017, when Eric retired. I have also flown several kinds of aircraft, and hold an Airline Transport Pilots license. We are members of the Island Country Club and enjoy playing golf. We would like to become more active boaters and are looking forward to joining the Marco Bay Yacht Club and meeting other boaters and participating in as many boating outings as we can.
