The July 28th Dine Around went to Moura Bistro that features Lebanese-Mediterranean cuisines, located in Naples, corner of Pine Ridge and Livingston Roads.
The owner, Nabil Bassil, says his mother was known as the woman who fed everyone and he is intent on continuing her legacy.
The restaurant features dishes fashioned from recipes that his mother left for her family, baba ganoush, stuffed grape leaves and hummus are among the restaurant’s appetizers. Shawarma beef and chicken are available as either sandwiches or platters, as are beef and lamb shish kabobs, shish kafta (seasoned ground beef) and shish tawook (chicken kabobs) to name a few.
18 went for dinner and the general consensus – it was very authentic and very, very yummy! (Bill and I have been back twice since then).
