Presentation of the Fleet

 On January 31 the MBYC held the Presentation and Blessing of the Fleet.  It was a blustery day but in the sun very nice.  Captain Bob Herndon Captained the Bridge Boat, TenneSea Waltz and the Past Commodore Boat Captained by Barry Gelfand anchored to review the MBYC Fleet.  Chaplain Alan Sandlin gave the blessing followed by Commodore Saunders who presided over the presentation.  After the ceremony all boats docked at CJ’s and enjoyed a wonderful lunch.  There were over 95 present for lunch and the festivities/announcements that followed.  There are a lot of upcoming functions so be sure to watch for the announcements and be sure to sign up early.  It was a great event for our club and congratulations to all who helped organize another terrific, fun filled day.
