Grouper Dinner

Once again Jerry and Nancy Francis came through in true MYBC fashion with the Sixth Annual MBYC Grouper dinner.  With the help of their neighbor Mike Sigrist and his daughter Su, they caught cleaned and delivered to Konrad the fish we feasted upon.  They fished 36 miles offshore and caught all the fish that were needed for the dinner in a single trip.  Eight grouper yielded 18 pounds of cleaned fillets.. just enough for our gang.  Konrad, as usual, prepared the grouper with a variety of seasonings and trimmings along with his famous red cabbage and mashed potatoes.  Let’s all let Jerry and Nancy know how much we appreciate their efforts as we look forward to the 7th Annual dinner next August.
