This year’s Welcome Back Party and Annual Meeting was held on November 5th at Bistro Soleil. We had over sixty members filling the Ballroom catching up after the summer and welcoming our more northern and summer traveling members back to the Island.
The staff at Bistro Soleil did a fabulous job. The food and service were excellent.
After cocktails the first order of the evening was our Annual Meeting led by Commodore Sally Orth. We elected the Class of 2022 Board Members and Rear Commodore.

Larry Bielawski was elected to fill Sandy’s remaining term on the Board in the class of 2021.
After the meeting it was time for some fun Betty Barter and Cindy Brown led us in a very fun take on a Bingo Game. The money raised from the purchase of Bingo Cards will be used to help fund our annual donations to the Coast Guard Auxiliary and the Civil Air Patrol. Alan Sandlin was the winner!
Our Chaplin Alan Sandlin delivered an inspiring grace and dinner was served.
It was a great way to kick off our 2019-2020!
