COMMITTEES
Each Committee Chairman is responsible for organizing his committee and developing schedules of activities in concert with the Bridge Officer to whom he reports. The committees’
Chairmen shall acquaint themselves with the Club Bylaws and Protocol to assure that their committee’s operations are consistent with the intent. Tentative schedules shall be presented to the Board at the December meeting for discussion. When finalized, they shall be published in the next Club newsletter.
Committees shall prepare schedules and flyers for inclusion in the Club newsletter. After an event has taken place, the Chairman shall prepare an article for the newsletter describing the event and naming the persons who chaired and assisted in its preparation.
